A well\-established and growing law firm is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join its successful Business Team.

Working with a diverse client base including SMEs, entrepreneurs, charities and UK subsidiaries of international businesses, you'll advise on a broad range of commercial matters while enjoying excellent opportunities for career progression.

The Role

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements


• Advising on IP, IT and data protection matters


• Supporting corporate transactions and projects


• Managing your own caseload and assisting on complex matters


• Building strong client relationships


• Contributing to business development and networking activities

• 3\-5 years' PQE in commercial law


• Experience gained in private practice and/or in\-house


• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills


• Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach


• Confident working directly with clients


• Team player with excellent communication skills

• High\-quality commercial work
