Are you a 5+ PQE Family Solicitor looking for a genuine opportunity to progress into departmental leadership?
Our client is an established Windsor law firm with a strong local reputation and loyal private client base. Following the planned retirement of a long-standing Family Partner, this firm is looking to appoint a Senior Family Solicitor as part of its succession planning.
You will handle a varied privately funded caseload including divorce, financial remedy, matrimonial finance, private children, cohabitation agreements and pre/post-nuptial agreements, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility within the department.
About You
- 5+ PQE Family Solicitor
- Strong privately funded Family experience
- Good financial remedy and private children experience
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Commercially minded with an interest in business development
- Ambition to develop towards a Head of Family position
- £70,000–£90,000 DOE
