Commercial Property, 5+ Years PQE, Nottingham, £55,000 - £75,000 (DOE) – This role would suit an ambitious commercial property lawyer looking to join a stable and respected regional practice where there is genuine autonomy, quality work and long-term career prospects. JOB REF: 4218

• This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive practice known for the quality of its work, loyal client base and positive working culture


• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE


• You will manage a varied commercial property caseload with a broad client base including businesses, investors, developers and commercial enterprises.


• You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include commercial sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, lease negotiations, buy-to-let transactions and development and refinancing matters


• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team.
