A well-established regional law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its growing property team.

The role will involve handling a broad mix of commercial property matters including:

Acquisitions & disposals

Secured lending and remortgages

Landlord & tenant work

Leases, renewals & licences

Auction transactions

Pension scheme property matters

Land Registry applications

Management company work

The firm is looking for someone with solid technical knowledge, strong organisational skills, and confidence managing a varied caseload.
