Commercial Property Lawyer Role – Key Responsibilities
Manage a Diverse Commercial Property Caseload
- Development projects and land transactions
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Investment and portfolio transactions
- Commercial leases and asset management
- Advise a broad client base including developers, investors, housebuilders, social housing providers and energy companies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with an experienced and well-regarded real estate team
Experienced Commercial Property Lawyer (3+ PQE)
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (England & Wales)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Commercial Property Law
- Experience gained within a regional, national, or boutique law firm
- Strong technical knowledge of real estate transactions
- Excellent communication and client management skills
