What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking responsibility for an existing Commercial Property caseload


• Handling commercial acquisitions and disposals


• Acting for both landlords and tenants on commercial leases


• Advising on option agreements and development-related matters


• Handling commercial property finance


• Working on agricultural property matters, including overage agreements

You Will Be

• A Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2+ years’ PQE


• Experienced across a range of Commercial Property matters


• Confident managing their own caseload with a good level of autonomy


• Commercially minded with strong client-facing skills


• Keen to broaden their technical experience


• Ambitious and looking for genuine long-term career progression
