Commercial Property Solicitor – Hybrid | East Midlands | Career Progression
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 DOE
Location: Hybrid working, with weekly presence in Grantham one day a week

In this role, you’ll manage your own caseload across a mix of commercial and residential property matters, including:
- Acquisitions
- Disposals
- Leases
- Development work
You’ll have the autonomy to work independently, alongside the support of a collaborative team, all within an environment that encourages progression and long-term development.
About You
- You are a qualified Solicitor with solid experience in Commercial Property, ideally with some exposure to residential conveyancing
- You’re confident managing your own caseload, delivering high standards of client care and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders
- You’re commercially aware, organised and motivated to develop your career within a supportive and ambitious team
- You’ll also be based in the East Midlands and able to attend the Grantham office weekly
