OVERVIEW:
- Join a highly regarded Real Estate team with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality commercial property advice to a diverse and established client base.
- The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have at least 2 years’ PQE and experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters, with strong technical knowledge and sound commercial judgement.
- As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will manage a varied caseload, advising investors, developers, landlords, tenants, lenders and corporate occupiers on acquisitions, disposals, leases and portfolio management matters.
- You will work closely with colleagues across departments on cross-disciplinary matters, while developing and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded Solicitor to further develop their expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment, with genuine opportunities for career progression and flexible working options.
