Commercial Property Solicitor
Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their well-established property team based in Northampton, Northamptonshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading regional firm with a strong and expanding commercial property practice. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of transactional and advisory property matters, working with a diverse client base including individuals, investors, developers and corporate entities.

The Role
- Sales and purchases of commercial property
- Sales and acquisitions of land
- Acting on property transactions for corporate entities, including residential property acquisitions
- Drafting and negotiating lease grants, renewals, assignments and variations
- Advising on option agreements, overage agreements and pre-emption agreements
- Acting on property refinancing transactions
- Advising on auction purchases and sales
- Right to manage matters
- Collective enfranchisement work
- Supporting clients with general property law and landlord and tenant matters
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and networking activity
- Qualified Solicitor with demonstrable experience in commercial property law
- Strong technical knowledge of landlord and tenant and transactional property work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships and work effectively under pressure
- Confident managing matters independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and commercially minded approach
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Law degree with LPC or PGDL (or equivalent qualification)
- Competitive salary dependent on experience
