An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded and long-established Wiltshire practice currently undergoing a sustained period of growth across multiple departments.

The Role:
The successful individual will undertake a broad mix of Commercial
Property matters, including: • Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant work
- Development matters
- Wider commercial property transactions for both business and private clients
- Salary between £55,000 and £85,000, dependent upon billings and experience
- Annual salary and progression reviews
- Genuine long-term progression opportunities as the firm continues to expand
- Flexibility regarding full or part-time working arrangements
- Culture which places visible emphasis upon work-life balance without materially compromising quality of work
