About the role
Working alongside experienced property professionals, the Commercial Property Paralegal will support a varied caseload of commercial property matters and play an important part in delivering an excellent service to clients.
Typical responsibilities are likely to include:

• Assisting with commercial property sales and purchases


• Supporting leasehold transactions, including new leases, assignments and renewals


• Preparing and reviewing legal documents and correspondence


• Carrying out property searches and Land Registry enquiries


• Assisting with due diligence and title investigations


• Preparing files and documentation for completion


• Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents and other third parties


• Managing key dates, documentation and administrative requirements


• Supporting fee earners with a varied caseload of high-quality commercial property work


• Ensuring matters progress efficiently while maintaining excellent client service

What we are looking for
The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Some previous experience of commercial property transactions


• Paralegal, Legal Assistant or similar property experience


• A genuine interest in developing a career within commercial property


• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail


• Good written and verbal communication skills


• Confidence communicating with clients and other professionals


• The ability to manage priorities and work effectively within a busy team


• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
