Commercial Property Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial property professional to join a leading real estate and property organisation as a Commercial Property Manager (Associate Director level) in Birmingham. Working closely with senior leadership, you will manage key client relationships, oversee a varied commercial portfolio and play a key role in developing client relationships and business performance.

Description
The Commercial Property Manager will:
- Take responsibility for a portfolio of commercial properties and key client relationships.
- Deliver high-quality property management services across multiple assets.
- Manage lease and tenancy schedules, lease events, rent reviews and expiries.
- Liaise regularly with clients, occupiers, solicitors and internal stakeholders.
- Attend and lead tenant and client meetings.
- Oversee licence applications and occupier-related requests.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for clients and senior management.
- Monitor service charge expenditure and support annual budget preparation.
- Manage arrears recovery, income collection and property management administration.
- Undertake due diligence work relating to acquisitions and disposals.
- Support business development activities, cross-selling opportunities and revenue growth initiatives
A successful Commercial Property Manager should have:
- Proven experience within mixed portfolio commercial real estate and property management.
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent understanding of landlord and tenant matters.
- Experience managing lease events, rent reviews and occupier applications.
- Good knowledge of property management accounting, including service charges, statements of account and arrears management.
- Commercially minded and able to operate at Associate Director level, with an interest in business development and broader client solutions.
- MRICs / AssocRICs qualified (or working towards with relevant demonstrable experience).
- Job Offer
- Annual salary of £50,000 to £55,000 (depending on experience).
- Car allowance of £5,500 per annum.
