About the role
The Commercial Strategy and Performance team acts as the operational backbone for our business. We capture current performance, generate insights, and build forecasts to anticipate what comes next. You will act as the custodian of commercial truth, ensuring our leaders look at the right data to make timely decisions.
Your work helps our business stay accountable and continuously learn. By connecting teams across Finance, Analytics, and Marketing, you will translate data across regions, products, and channels into one clear story. You will ensure we give our best every day to build a better business for our customers.
How you embrace curiosity daily
- Build and maintain commercial dashboards across all our European regions and platforms
- Standardise and automate reporting outputs so teams can focus on strategic decisions
- Define and measure key performance indicators consistently for operational and senior leaders
- Own the commercial forecasting process alongside our regional planning teams
- Connect performance signals to surface risks and growth opportunities early
- Build a shared knowledge base of business initiatives to help us continuously learn
- Partner with Finance and Analytics teams to align on shared data definitions
How you make your mark
- Own our commercial performance infrastructure to keep the business accurately informed
- Translate commercial data across channels into clear actions and one unified narrative
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting rhythms for executive audiences
- Coordinate inputs across marketing, pricing, and product teams to refine our forecasts
- Track performance against agreed initiatives to measure true commercial impact
- Create scalable tools and templates that simplify reporting across our international hubs
What you bring to the team
- Six to eight years of experience in commercial performance, financial planning, or business intelligence
- Background working within a B2C ecommerce or consumer retail environment
- Proven track record of building forecasting and reporting processes in a multi market company
- Strong analytical skills using tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or advanced Excel
- Experience managing multiple reporting cycles while keeping stakeholders accountable
- Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills
What sets you apart
- Education in finance, economics, data analytics, or a related field
- Experience with SQL, data querying tools, or working in pan European organisations
- Additional European language skills
