Commercial Operations Analyst - Mat Leave Cover
Overview As a Commercial Operations Analyst within our Sales Operations function, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Commercial Team and ensuring our sales processes run efficiently and effectively. You’ll work across a broad range of areas, including commercial reporting, deal desk support, contract processing, Salesforce and DocuSign administration, sales enablement, process improvements and territory allocations.
This is a highly collaborative role, offering great exposure across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. You’ll join a busy, adaptable Sales Operations team that values innovation, creativity and finding smarter ways of working, within a wider team with a strong and supportive culture.
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, curious and eager to learn, with strong Salesforce and Excel skills. Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable. You’ll also need excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain processes and deal complexities clearly, alongside a creative mindset and a genuine interest in improving efficiencies. Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes • The candidate should have Salesforce experience (Salesforce ADM certification very desirable)
- Excel proficient
- Considerable attention to detail is a must
- They should be curious and ready to learn
- A spark of creativity to improve existing processes and improve efficiencies across the commercial team processes
- Great verbal and written communication with the ability to explain processes/deal intricacies
