Commercial Marketing Specialist
About the role:
We’re looking for a Commercial Marketing Specialist / Sales Enabler who will connect marketing strategy with sales execution. You’ll create and manage tools and content that help our commercial teams across Europe and beyond win new business, engage customers, and strengthen Envipco’s market position. This role is designed for a commercially driven communicator who’s not afraid to take initiative and turn ideas into tangible results. You’ll be the go\-to contact for sales enablement materials for our local and regional commercial teams. This person will elevate our sales materials to a world\-class level—we need someone who brings real improvement and added value
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Marketing
- Support and work together with local commercial teams to develop tailor\-made customer sales tactics. Translate specific customer needs into solutions and prepare materials needed to execute.
- Work with the team to ensure that all communications align with Envipco’s global brand message — print materials, to presentations, and proposals.
- Coordinate with regional sales teams to adapt materials for local markets and languages.
- Develop and maintain sales materials including brochures, case studies, presentations, and proposals.
- Collaborate with sales and product management teams to translate product and service features into clear customer benefits.
- Support tenders and proposals with targeted collateral and visual material.
- Ensure all materials are up to date, on\-brand, and easy for sales teams to find and use.
- Manage and organize the sales content library for quick access and consistency
- Monitor the usage and performance of materials to ensure they remain relevant to local teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our commercial communication library.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (or equivalent experience).
- \~5 years working experience in B2B sales and marketing.
- Previous experience in a commercial or sales\-driven environment is a strong plus.
- Commercially driven and business\-savvy — you understand how marketing connects to growth and sales impact.
- An active communicator who isn’t afraid to speak up — confident in sharing ideas, aligning teams, and keeping information flowing.
- A creative eye for both visual and written content, with a strong sense of what makes materials effective and engaging.
- Strong ability to translate customer needs into solutions and technical features into clear customer benefits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (another EU language is a plus).
- Outgoing, strategic and creative thinker
- Commercial awareness: understands customer needs, identifies opportunities, and translates insights into actionable strategies.
- Proactive \& self\-driven: takes initiative, and actively seeks solutions rather than waiting for direction. Able to communicate clearly and confidently
- Organized and detail\-oriented — you enjoy structuring information so others can use it easily.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple teams and countries.
