Job DescriptionYou will lead and develop a global commercial team with an inclusive, trust-based and steady leadership style.
You will create structure, set clear priorities and build momentum in an environment shaped by change and ambiguity.
You will support strategic sourcing, vendor selection and commercial negotiations for key technology agreements.
You will drive cost efficiency, value optimization and strong commercial governance across technology-related spend.
You will work closely with technology, product and design stakeholders to turn strategy into execution.
You will follow up supplier performance and step in operationally when needed to secure progress and results.
You will improve commercial and procurement ways of working to support future business needs.
You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and suppliers across a broad international network.
RequirementsRelevant academic background in business, economics, engineering or a related field.
Extensive experience within tech sourcing, procurement or vendor management in complex organizations.
Proven experience leading teams through change with a people-centered and steady approach.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including building business cases and managing vendor frameworks.
Experience working with SaaS, multi-vendor setups and complex contract structures.
Ability to move confidently between strategic direction and operational execution.
Strong communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders at different levels.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
