Across the UK, we operate a network of coworking spaces, provide a year\-round programme of business support for freelancers, entrepreneurs, and remote workers, bring added value to businesses through our TownSq Admin service, support the wider coworking community through our TownSq Associate and Cowork Local programmes, and regularly publish white papers, elevating the voices of our members and pursuing positive changes across our sector.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious commercial leader to drive growth across TownSq’s nine venues and services. You will own the Member Acquisition Strategy, lead venue expansion, and help develop new service offerings alongside the wider team. This is a hands\-on leadership role \- part strategist, part operator \- with direct access to the CEO, board visibility and reporting.
What You Will Do
Growth Leadership
· Own and deliver a £800k\+ net new revenue strategy
· Test and optimise member acquisition channels
· Measure and report on customer acquisition cost and lifetime value by cohort
· Lead customer retention initiatives
· Optimise the marketing budget use and campaign ROI
Business Development
· Identify and assess new venue opportunities across the UK
· Build business cases and stakeholder partnerships
· Develop and manage a venue pipeline of 1\-2 new sites per year
· Support new venue launches
Service Revenue
· Further develop Admin Support, Business Support and Consulting service offerings
· Identify and convert B2B client opportunities
· Build a services pipeline
Leadership
· Build cross\-functional partnerships across the TownSq team
· Mentor venue managers on commercial performance
· Promote a commercially focused mindset across the team
What We Are Looking For
Experience
· 3\-5 years in commercial growth, business development or sales
· Demonstrable track record of 15%\+ revenue growth
· Able to track and interpret key commercial metrics including occupancy, conversion rates and campaign ROI
· Sales and negotiation background
· Multi\-location or multi\-site exposure
Skills
· Strategic thinking combined with hands\-on execution
· Comfortable with CRM systems, spreadsheets and data
· Strong relationship\-builder across private and public sectors
· Ability to drive change and get buy\-in across teams
Mindset

Benefits
Salary: £40,000 \- £43,000 \+ potential of up to 30% performance bonus
