Commercial Manager - Tank Operations

Job description
As Commercial Manager, you’ll begin by gaining hands\-on experience in our operations to build a solid understanding of our services and workflows. This foundational period will prepare you to transition into a full commercial role, where you’ll take ownership of key accounts and ensure seamless coordination between clients and our operational teams.

Key Responsibilities that will grow over time:

• Act as main contact for customer accounts and ensure strong relationships.


• Handle quotes, contracts, and customer budgets.


• Track KPIs and find upselling opportunities.


• Keep records, instructions, and reports accurate and updated.


• Join meetings and align customer needs with operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field


• Strong communication and social skills


• Fluent in Dutch \& English; a strong knowledge of additional languages is a plus


• Hands\-on mentality, willingness to work on the floor, problem solver, strong negotiator, creative organizer and commercial flair
