Commercial Manager

Job Summary

VKHOR LIMITED is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead commercial strategy, strengthen supplier and customer relationships, and support the growth and profitability of its online retail operations. The role will focus on market development, commercial planning, contract negotiation, and performance management.

Key Duties

• Develop commercial strategies to increase online sales and profitability.


• Identify new products, markets, suppliers, and commercial opportunities.


• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers and business partners.


• Manage key supplier and customer relationships.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand.


• Analyse sales, margins, and commercial performance and prepare reports.


• Manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial targets.


• Work with operations and sales teams to improve pricing, purchasing, and sales processes.

• Proven experience in commercial management, preferably within retail or e\-commerce.


• Strong negotiation, analytical, and business development skills.


• Knowledge of online retail markets, suppliers, pricing, and commercial contracts.


• Excellent communication and relationship\-management abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and commercial analysis tools.

Pay: £50,100\.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)

• commercial manager: 1 year (preferred)
