Key Responsibilities

• Manage the financial aspects of a portfolio of project-based work, from initial quotation through to completion


• Monitor costs, track expenditure, and ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple workstreams


• Record and allocate resources, materials, and time to support billing and reconciliation processes


• Identify opportunities to enhance commercial outcomes as project scopes evolve


• Support cash flow through effective tracking of payments and financial activity


• Present financial information clearly to stakeholders, ensuring understanding and confidence in reported figures

Essential:

• Background in finance, commercial analysis, or project-based accounting


• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with advanced spreadsheet capability


• Ability to take ownership of complex financial processes and interpret data effectively


• Confidence communicating financial information to both internal and external stakeholders


• Professional, adaptable approach with strong attention to detail

• Experience in project-based or operational environments


• Familiarity with cost tracking, valuations, or financial reporting within multi-stage workstreams
