Working with major corporate clients and public sector bodies across the UK, you will advise on complex, high value litigation matters across a diverse range of sectors while developing your career within a large international law firm.

Description
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be:
- Managing a varied caseload of high value commercial litigation matters
- Advising major corporate clients and public sector organisations across the UK
- Handling complex contractual disputes from inception through to resolution
- Advising on IT and technology related disputes
- Working on procurement and public sector disputes
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements and key legal documentation
- Working closely with partners and senior lawyers
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- * Contributing to business development and client engagement activities
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor should be/ have;
- A solicitor with between 1 and 3 years PQE
- Experienced in commercial litigation and strong academics
- Comfortable handling complex and high value disputes
- Able to demonstrate strong drafting and analytical skills
- Commercially aware with a client focused approach
- Capable of managing competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- A strong communicator with excellent relationship building skills
- * Motivated to develop their career within a large international law firm
- Salary ranging from £68,000 to £77,000 per annum.
