The Role
- Join a supportive Commercial Disputes team in Birmingham.
- Manage a varied caseload covering contractual, property, directors' duties, nuisance, trespass and wider commercial disputes.
- Handle matters autonomously while supporting senior lawyers on complex litigation.
- Work with businesses, insurers, Counsel and other stakeholders.
- Develop your technical expertise within a technology-led legal environment.

You
- Qualified Solicitor with Commercial Disputes/Litigation experience.
- Confident managing a varied caseload.
- Commercially minded, client-focused and technically strong.
- Able to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Insurance litigation experience desirable.
- Comfortable embracing technology and modern ways of working.
