Are you a Commercial Litigation Fee Earner looking to take the next step in your career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable firm with a strong litigation offering, handling high-quality commercial disputes and working closely with senior lawyers and clients.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, supporting cases from initial instruction through to resolution. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to complex disputes, client contact, and opportunities to develop your advocacy and strategic skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a broad range of commercial disputes.


• Drafting and reviewing pleadings, witness statements, settlement agreements, instructions to counsel, court applications and correspondence.


• Conducting legal research and preparing clear case summaries.


• Managing disclosure and document review exercises.


• Supporting case strategy and trial preparation.


• Attending client meetings, court hearings, mediations and conferences with counsel.


• Advising clients on litigation risks, costs and procedural matters.

About You

• Experience handling commercial litigation matters.


• Strong drafting, research and analytical skills.


• Confident communicator with the ability to manage client relationships.


• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.


• Able to work independently and as part of a wider litigation team.
