What you’ll do:
-------------------

  • Duration: Three years

  • Rotations: Three unique twelve month assignments designed to build broad exposure to a variety of commercially oriented roles across several of our key growth areas

  • Potential Assignments: quotation engineering, technical support, field sales, field marketing, application engineering, segment sales — depending on country placement.

  • International Exposure: there will be an opportunity to work in at least 2 countries in the 3 year timeframe.

  • Program Start: The program begins with a Sales Support Representative, IT Channel role based in Zaltbommel, and later rotates strategic locations within Eaton’s commercial growth strategy in EMEA.

  • The program begins in September 2026\.

Qualifications:
-------------------
  • Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in Business (economics, supply chain management, international management) or similar space by August 2026\. A master's degree in these fields is also preferred.

  • Work or internship experience is a plus (up to max 3 years of experience)

  • Effective communication in English, Dutch is highly desirable, French is optional.

  • Proactivity and curiosity

  • Ability to learn fast and take challenging tasks

  • Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company

  • Flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region during the program
