Protects is seeking an entrepreneurial Commercial Lead to take ownership of commercial growth, business development, partnership creation, and revenue generation.
This role is designed for an individual who wants to help build and scale a business rather than simply occupy a sales position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy.
- Build, manage, and convert a qualified sales pipeline.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships.
- Lead sales meetings, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback.
- Create repeatable commercial processes and reporting.
- Represent Protects in the marketplace.
- Demonstrable success in B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in compliance, cyber security, GRC, SaaS, professional services, or adjacent sectors desirable.
- Strong network\-building and relationship\-management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a growth\-stage environment.
- Capable of working autonomously and delivering measurable results.
- Significant performance\-based earning potential.
