A highly regarded independent insurance broker in North London is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join its successful and growing Broking team.
With consistent year-on-year growth of over 10%, an outstanding reputation within the market, and a genuine people-first culture, this business has built long-standing relationships with both clients and employees alike.
Working closely with the Directors and Account Executives, you'll play a key role in supporting a portfolio of approximately 250 commercial clients across a broad range of industry sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Account Handler looking to work on a diverse and interesting client base, gain greater exposure to senior stakeholders, and be recognised for their contribution within a collaborative and supportive environment.

- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Key responsibilities will include:
- Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and policy administration
- Managing and developing client relationships
- Supporting Account Executives with complex commercial insurance programmes
- Conducting risk assessments and analysing client requirements
- Ensuring policy compliance and accurate reporting
- Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining quality standards
- Providing technical insurance guidance and support where required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Commercial Account Handler working for an Insurance Broker
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of commercial insurance products
- Experience managing complex, multi-line commercial renewals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Experience using insurance broking systems, ideally Acturis, alongside Microsoft Office
- CII qualification or progress towards professional qualifications
