Reporting Line: Finance Director
Location: Rugby or Wednesbury
Working Hours: 38\.75 hours per week (Monday to Friday; part\-time considered)
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

Role Overview

The Commercial Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting the business with financial insight and analysis, partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to drive profitable growth. The role combines core financial responsibilities with a strong commercial focus, supporting decision\-making through pricing, profitability, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to provide commercial and pricing support


• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans


• Deliver timely and accurate management reporting and performance analysis


• Provide insight to support pricing and promotional decisions


• Analyse customer profitability and cost\-to\-serve


• Maintain and develop pricing structures and governance


• Monitor and support cost centre performance


• Evaluate return on investment across commercial initiatives


• Support financial evaluation of new products and business opportunities


• Contribute to stock analysis and range optimisation


• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and tools

• Minimum 2\+ years’ experience in an accounting or finance role


• Strong analytical and organisational skills


• Commercial mindset with experience in pricing and profitability analysis


• Ability to work cross\-functionally and communicate effectively with non\-financial stakeholders
