Working across a diverse range of instructions including commercial premises, investment properties, development opportunities, hospitality businesses, retail operations, and mixed-use assets, you will be responsible for generating new business, winning instructions, conducting valuations, managing sales campaigns, and guiding transactions through to completion.
The role offers a blend of office-based, remote, and client-facing work, providing autonomy and variety within a professional environment.

- Handling enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, and negotiating sales transactions
- Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, due diligence requirements, and maintaining accurate client records
- Proven track record within commercial property, estate agency, business sales, or a related sector
- Experience conducting valuations and negotiating sales transactions
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and compliance standards
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
