What you’ll do:

- Duration: Three years
- Rotations: Three unique twelve month assignments designed to build broad exposure to a variety of commercially oriented roles across several of our key growth areas
- Potential Assignments: quotation engineering, technical support, field sales, field marketing, application engineering, segment sales — depending on country placement.
- International Exposure: there will be an opportunity to work in at least 2 countries in the 3 year timeframe.
- Program Start: The program begins with an Inside Sales Representative role in Barcelona, ES location, a strategic location within Eaton’s commercial growth strategy in EMEA.
- The program begins in September 2026\.

- Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in Business (economics, supply chain management, international management) or engineering (electrical, engineering technology, engineering management, applied engineering), Finance or a similar space by August 2026\. A master's degree in these fields is also preferred.
- Work or internship experience is a plus (up to max 3 years of experience)
- Fluent English knowledge
- Effective communication
- Proactivity and curiosity
- Ability to learn fast and take challenging tasks
- Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company
- Flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region during the program
