Salary: €90,000 – €100,000 gross annual salary
Context
Our client, a recognized player in electrical distribution systems for industrial and tertiary sectors, is looking for its future Commercial Director to support its growth and structure its expansion in France and internationally.
Missions
Reporting directly to the General Management, your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining and leading the company’s commercial strategy
- Developing key industrial and tertiary accounts
- Managing, coaching, and developing sales teams
- Identifying new business opportunities and growth drivers
- Building strategic partnerships and strengthening market presence
- Monitoring commercial performance indicators and ensuring targets are achieved
- Actively contributing to the international development of the business
This position represents a true gateway to the role of Managing Director France. Within the first year, the Commercial Director who demonstrates strong capabilities in commercial leadership, team management, and strategic development will be promoted to a Managing Director position, with full responsibility for the P\&L, teams, and local strategy. Working Conditions
