*Would you like to join the team responsible for driving the commercial growth agenda for Trifork Fintech as our new Commercial Development Manager?*
This is a high\-impact role with influence on market strategy, commercial positioning, and long\-term growth across the global financial services sector.
Reporting directly to the VP, Fintech, you will own and drive strategic go\-to\-market initiatives spanning business development, strategic partnerships, marketing, and customer delivery.
You will shape how Trifork positions itself in the market, how we engage senior decision\-makers, and how we translate deep technical capabilities into meaningful business outcomes for financial institutions navigating transformation.
This role is suited for someone who combines commercial sharpness with strategic thinking, strong industry credibility, and the ability to operate confidently in both executive and highly technical environments.

What you will be Responsible for:

Collaborate Across Leadership and Delivery
Partner with financial services leadership to define and create the commercial strategy plan, driving its adoption and roll\-out across Trifork Fintech. This involves close collaboration with senior leadership, engineering teams, domain experts, and delivery organizations to ensure the strategy is fully aligned with execution capabilities and focused on customer value creation.
Shape Go\-to\-Market Strategy
In collaboration with the group marketing team develop and execute the commercial \- and marketing strategy for Trifork Fintech, strengthening market positioning and increasing visibility across priority markets and accounts.
Deepen Strategic Customer Engagements
Drive commercial initiatives across banking, insurance, pensions, and fintech, pushing new market opportunities, converting strategic dialogue into qualified pipeline and long\-term customer relationships. Direct involvement in strategic client conversations, proposals, and pre\-sales and delivery activities by clearly articulating complex technology offerings in a commercially compelling, and outcome\-oriented way, and subsequently ensuring successful execution.
Support and Drive Strategic Partnerships
Develop and expand relationships within the financial services ecosystem partners, platforms, technology providers, and industry stakeholders to strengthen Trifork’s position in the financial services landscape.
What we are Looking for:

- You bring 3\-6 years experience from a consulting, technology, or professional services environment.
- You understand the financial services landscape and have credibility within the industry.
- You have hands\-on experience across business development, strategic marketing, pre\-sales, and pipeline development within complex B2B environments.
- With strong communication abilities, you are adept at managing senior stakeholder relationships and converting intricate technical requirements into tangible business results.
- You are comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment with high ownership, fast decision\-making, and the expectation to proactively shape direction and opportunities.
- You are genuinely interested in how emerging technologies particularly AI and modern software platforms can transform financial services.
