<p><em><span data-teams="true">Base monthly pay: EUR 3,565</span><span data-teams="true"> (Tariff Grade E09K, Chemical Industry Collective Agreement, Hesse, Germany) </span></em></p>
<div>This role is responsible for supporting international client service operations through the delivery of actionable insights, continuous process improvement, and effective management of operational and commercial responsibilities. The position plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.</div>

<p><strong>This is a full-time, permanent position based in Darmstadt (hybrid working model).</strong></p>
<p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide day-to-day business support, including order processing and responding to customer enquiries</li>
<li>Create, maintain, and optimize global price lists, ensuring accuracy and consistency across markets</li>
<li>Conduct pricing analyses and calculations, taking into account margins, exchange rates, and market dynamics</li>
<li>Prepare, track, and manage commercial offers, while supporting contract administration and approval processes</li>
<li>Support the development of sales targets and the calculation of incentive and bonus schemes to drive commercial performance.</li>

<div>Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities, including the use of AI-driven tools, to enhance operational efficiency.</div>

<div>Support forecasting activities and collaborate closely with Planning and Sales teams to ensure accurate demand and business planning</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Monitor stock levels at SKU level to identify trends, risks, and excess inventory, enabling proactive decision-making</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Support new product launches in partnership with NPD and Merchandising teams, ensuring smooth execution and market readiness</div>

<p><strong>What you will need:</strong></p>

<li style="text-align: left;">Abitur (German university entrance qualification) or an equivalent qualification</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools in a business or operational setting (1+ years)</li>
<li>Regular SAP user with at least 1 year of experience gained within the past 3 years</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze, interpret, and present data effectively</li>
<li>Fluent in both German and English, written and verbal</li>
</ul>
