My team and I are looking for a new colleague who wants to take on the role of Commercial Controller for Europe. You will join our dynamic European organization, working at the intersection of Sales and Finance.

In this role, you will act as a key business partner, focusing on commercial price development, pricing accuracy and strong financial follow\-up across customer programs. Your Key Responsibilities Across Europe

  • Act as the key interface between Sales and Finance

  • Drive and coordinate commercial price development, including preparation, follow\-up and alignment of customer pricing actions

  • Ensure pricing accuracy and support structured follow\-up of commercial conditions across customer programs

  • Monitor and follow up on sales prices, price deviations and margins

  • Support cash flow through follow\-up of customer overdues and recovery\-related activities

  • Provide structured commercial and financial analysis to support decision\-making

  • Maintain and improve reporting, transparency and financial follow\-up linked to customer programs

  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Purchasing and Operations to align commercial and financial actions with business goals

  • Support VP Finance, VP Sales \& Key Account Managers in key commercial discussions and projects
Qualifications for Success
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field

  • Experience within controlling, commercial finance, sales controlling or similar role

  • Experience from manufacturing and/or automotive industry is a plus

  • Strong understanding of financial principles and commercial drivers

  • Excellent skills in Excel and good knowledge of SAP

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to details

  • Structured and self\-motivated with the ability to prioritize workload

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across functions

  • Advantage if you have experience in pricing, commercial controlling or customer\-related financial processes

Location

Our head office is located in Gothenburg, but we are also open to having the position based at any of the locations where we have manufacturing facilities or other office where we are present.

Start Date \& Contract Duration

We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. The role is initially planned as a six\-month assignment, either as a fixed\-term employment or on a consultancy basis, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs and mutual interest.
