Clawria automates the most expensive operational work for startups, scale\-ups, and SMEs: social media, SEO, sales outreach, admin, and finance through pre\-built AI agents on isolated European infrastructure. No coding required.
The product is live. There are paying customers. A pre\-seed fundraise is underway. This is a co\-founder role, not a job: early stage, pre\-funding, high ownership.
I'm looking for a commercial co\-founder who wants to own go\-to\-market from day one and build the business side of a platform that already works.
Your Mission
\- Define and execute the sales process: from first touch to closed deal
\- Build customer acquisition across Switzerland and DACH, with global ambitions as we scale the platform into Europe and beyond
\- Co\-lead the fundraise alongside me
\- Shape product positioning, pricing, and partnerships based on direct customer feedback
\- Run your own sales and marketing through Clawria's agents: every day you sell is a day you improve the product
\- Invest alongside me into a venture we build and grow together: through the fundraise and through revenue
\- Long\-term: build out the commercial team
The Opportunity
\- A live product with paying customers: not a slide deck or an idea
\- A technical co\-founder who already built the full platform, won first clients, and brings deep AI/LLM expertise from years at the frontier
\- A scalable product built for European and global expansion: Switzerland is the launchpad, not the ceiling
\- Previous startup experience: co\-founded an ETH Zurich spinout (2018\)
Who You Are
\- You've sold B2B before: ideally SaaS or tech in DACH
\- You have a network in startups, scale\-ups, or SMEs you can activate from week one
\- You're energized by early\-stage chaos and want real ownership
\- You're ready to invest into a venture alongside a co\-founder: not looking for a salary\-first role
\- You'd rather close a deal yourself than build a slide about it
