We are currently strengthening our Finance Department with the following position:

Commercial \& Business Controller (M/F)

We are seeking a highly analytical yet commercially minded finance professional to join a fast evolving luxury manufacturing environment where innovation, craftsmanship and profitability go hand in hand.

As our next Commercial \& Business Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic decisions across Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Operations — ensuring that every bespoke creation and innovation delivers sustainable value and strong commercial performance.

It is far more than a traditional controlling role. Reporting to our CFO, you will act as a true business partner, influencing pricing strategies, optimizing product and customer profitability, supporting international growth initiatives and driving data\-led decision\-making at the heart of the business.

What you will drive:

• Strategic commercial partnering across key business functions;


• Pricing and profitability optimization for bespoke, high\-value projects;


• Sales mix and margin performance analysis;


• Forecasting, business planning, and ROI modeling;


• BI \& ERP transformation initiatives to elevate reporting and insights.

We are looking for someone that combines:

• Strong commercial finance expertise and business acumen;


• The confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders;


• Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities;


• A proactive, entrepreneurial and growth\-oriented mindset;


• Expertise in Excel and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau;


• Fluent English;


• Spanish is a strong plus.

Ideal Background:

• Higher academic education in Finance, Economics, Management or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Business Controlling or FP\&A;


• Experience within bespoke manufacturing or similarly dynamic environments;


• Experience within luxury environment is a strong plus.

Location: Espinho (100% On\-site)
