Job Title • Work with large and complex commercial insurance cases, shaping solutions for high value clients

- Full time role with 60% homeworking, based in Stratford upon Avon
You will be part of a specialist mid corporate team handling higher value and more complex risks. The role combines direct ownership of complex cases with wider technical contribution, supporting referrals, decision making and market engagement across the team.
Alongside case work, you will provide expert guidance, coaching and mentoring to colleagues, contributing to training activity and helping to raise technical capability and service quality. There are opportunities to get involved in wider initiatives and projects supporting the growth of NFU Mutual's commercial insurance proposition.
This role is know internally as a Complex Corporate Account Lead
This role falls under Insurance Distribution Directive requirements, and as a result, role holders will be required to demonstrate ongoing Continuous Professional Development in role, along with undergoing regular re-screening to show that they are of "Good Repute". About you You are an experienced commercial insurance professional with strong technical credibility and the confidence to lead complex discussions. You bring sound judgement, a collaborative approach and a clear focus on quality and customer outcomes.
- Extensive experience of the commercial insurance market within an insurer or broker environment
- Proven expertise in handling large, complex or multi class insurance risks, including placement and negotiation
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working effectively with Agents, insurers and internal teams
- Experience of providing technical guidance, coaching or mentoring to support others
- A thorough understanding of compliance requirements, limits of authority and quality standards
