Danfoss is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a team of dedicated and ambitious colleagues in a dynamic organization where no days are alike. As Administrative Assistant, you will support leaders, colleagues and external parties through a broad variety of administrative tasks. It will be your responsibility to keep an overview in this all\-round administrative role.
In this role, you can look forward to a highly varied workday with many different tasks and a large contact surface across the entire organization. You will be given the opportunity to have a great amount of influence on your responsibilities and tasks. Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Personal assistant role: Plan meetings on a day\-to\-day basis, Travel planning, Coordination within the Global Leadership group.
- Site administration role: Onboarding of new employees – making sure managers remember to buy equipment such as laptop, monitor, flower etc.
- Support with day to day tasks: Responsible for the AEM (coffee meetings), Info board administrator, Assisting the team with customer visits.
