Commercial and Domestic Plumbing/Heating/AC Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Commercial and Domestic Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning (AC) Engineer to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing, heating systems, and air conditioning units across a variety of commercial and residential properties. Your expertise will ensure our clients experience reliable, efficient, and safe systems that enhance comfort and operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilise a wide range of technical skills, and contribute to high\-quality service delivery.

Duties

• Installation and commissioning of plumbing, heating, gas and air conditioning systems in both commercial and industrial premises.


• Carry out routine maintenance, including but not limited to annual servicing and planned works


• Carry out call outs during the normal working day (no out of hours works unless pre agreed)


• Communicate clearly with clients and project management team.


• Follow all health and safety procedures, use appropriate PPE.


• Keep work logs and pass on all relevant information to aide in the completion of jobs


• Keep qualifications and training up to date with all courses paid for by the company


• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other trades to deliver projects on time and to specification.


• Knowledge of wiring would be beneficial


• Knowledge of air source and ground source heat pumps would be beneficial

• NVQ level 2 / 3 in Plumbing and Heating or Air Conditioning


• Current Gas Safe registration / ACS covering both domestic and commercial with a minimum 6 years experience


• F\-Gas certification


• Valid CSCS/skill card
