Accountabilities:

  • Build and manage a strong self-sourced pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, including email, LinkedIn, calls, personalized video, and account-based campaigns

  • Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to close, including qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and contract execution

  • Identify and engage high-potential target accounts and create urgency through structured and creative outreach strategies

  • Position and sell both SaaS and API-based solutions, translating technical capabilities into clear business value

  • Conduct deep discovery to understand customer needs and map product capabilities to measurable business outcomes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product-led growth, marketing, and customer success to identify expansion and conversion opportunities

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and CRM hygiene to ensure clear visibility on deal progression

  • Continuously test and refine outbound messaging, targeting, and sales approaches to improve conversion rates

Requirements


  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 3+ years in a closing or Account Executive role

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a high-velocity, outbound-driven environment

  • Strong experience generating your own pipeline through proactive prospecting and creative outreach strategies

  • Excellent discovery skills with the ability to translate product capabilities into clear business value

  • Experience selling to a variety of stakeholders including marketing, product, sales, operations, and technical audiences

  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outbound messaging and sales narratives

  • High-agency, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action, experimentation, and ownership

  • Curiosity and interest in AI, video technologies, and API-driven or developer-focused products
