YOUR IMPACT
The Coldstore Operational Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's operations, focusing on enhancing efficiency and productivity:
- Planning and coordinating daily activities to ensure seamless and effective operations.
- Defining key operational KPIs and objectives, monitoring progress to meet budget targets.
- Providing ongoing support for projects and day\-to\-day operations.
- Conducting research on costs and pricing and performing service price profitability and sensitivity analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and industrial refrigeration standards.
- Managing inventory, cost control, and planning.
- Utilizing warehouse management systems and temperature tracking technologies.
- Leading and managing teams and making decisions focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- 8\+ years of experience in the cold storage industry.
- Independent, goal\-oriented personality with strong problem\-solving skills.
- Team player with strong interaction skills with sites and their agencies.
- Experience in P\&L management and logistics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and an excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of market dynamics and reefer trades is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to rapid changes, and handle unexpected situations.
- Customer service\-oriented with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Permanent/full time.
- To be filled as soon as possible.
- Business trips expected.
