Your Role:

As a Cold Calling Specialist, your primary mission is to identify, contact, and qualify new potential customers for our SAP Add\-In products.
You will open the conversation, generate interest, and hand off promising leads to our sales managers for further follow\-up and closing.

Your Profile

• Affinity for IT and business topics


• Strong communication skills and an empathic, positive attitude


• Confident and friendly on the phone


• Ideally experienced with MS Office; SAP experience is a plus but not required


• Passion for sales conversations and active outreach


• Fluent in English and Italian

• You enjoy speaking with people and quickly understanding their needs


• You stay motivated and positive, even when facing challenges


• You want a role with clear focus: calling, qualifying, connecting


• You’re eager to grow and learn continuously

Compensation model:

• Fixed hourly base salary according to German minimum wage


• Attractive monthly bonus structure, tied to several achievable performance milestones


• The more qualified leads you generate, the more you can earn — your impact directly influences your monthly income.

Pay: 14,00€ \- 30,00€ per hour
