Coffee Shop Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Coffee Shop Manager to lead our vibrant team and ensure an exceptional customer experience. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain high standards of food safety and quality, and foster a welcoming environment for all guests. Duties

• Supervise daily coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent service delivery


• Lead and motivate a diverse team of baristas, cooks, servers, and support staff to achieve operational excellence


• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food production processes to maintain high quality standards


• Manage inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed to prevent shortages


• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment


• Train staff on food handling, beverage preparation—including barista skills—and customer service best practices


• Coordinate with vendors for supplies and equipment maintenance to keep the shop running efficiently

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience in a fast\-paced food service or hospitality environment


• Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example and foster a positive work culture


• Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, bartending, and serving procedures


• Experience in restaurant or hotel settings with culinary responsibilities preferred


• Familiarity with food safety standards and kitchen operations; certifications are a plus


• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure


• Previous barista experience or hospitality background is highly desirable

Pay: £25,420\.00\-£39,515\.16 per year
