Coffee Shop Manager

We are seeking a passionate, hands\-on Coffee Shop Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a people\-focused leader with strong operational, financial, and customer service skills who thrives in a fast\-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee daily café operations including opening/closing, inventory control, and adherence to health and safety regulations.


• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and morale.


• Customer Experience: Ensure consistent, high\-quality coffee and food service; handle customer feedback professionally and promptly.


• Financial Performance: Manage budgets, monitor sales targets, control costs, and optimize profitability.


• Inventory \& Supply Chain: Maintain accurate stock levels, manage supplier relationships, and minimize waste.


• Brand \& Standards: Ensure the café reflects the company’s brand, cleanliness, and presentation standards at all times.


• Marketing \& Community Engagement: Support local marketing initiatives and build community connections to grow the customer base.

• Proven experience as a Coffee Shop Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role in hospitality or retail.


• Strong leadership and team development skills.


• Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and organizational abilities.


• Solid understanding of café operations, coffee preparation, and customer service principles.


• Financial literacy (budgeting, cost control, reporting).


• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.


• Flexible schedule — ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• Hospitality or business management qualification preferred.
