Salary: €2,000–€2,800 gross/month

Galia Pastelería is looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to lead daily operations in our French\-inspired pastry shop and specialty coffee café in Madrid.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily café operations and service
- Lead and organize the team
- Create staff schedules
- Maintain excellent customer experience
- Handle stock orders and inventory
- Ensure cleanliness and service standards
- Support sales growth and team performance
Requirements
- Experience managing a café, bakery, or brunch restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fluent Spanish required, English is a plus
- Organized, proactive, and hands\-on
- Passion for hospitality and coffee
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: 1,800\.00€ \- 2,100\.00€ per month
