Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and manage stock levels efficiently.

• Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.


• Strong team management capabilities with excellent leadership qualities.


• Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols.


• Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or hotel hospitality roles.


• Competence in serving customers with professionalism and warmth.


• Familiarity with barista techniques and coffee brewing methods.


• Ability to organise tasks efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.


• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
