Area Manager – Coffee Shop Group (Dublin)Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Manager to oversee multiple coffee shop locations across Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining high operational standards, leading store managers, and ensuring excellent customer service across all locations.

The Area Manager will work closely with senior leadership to support business growth, improve profitability, and maintain brand consistency.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

• Oversee daily operations across multiple coffee shop locations


• Ensure all cafés meet company standards for cleanliness, food safety, and customer service


• Conduct regular store visits and operational audits


• Monitor stock control, waste management, and equipment maintenance


• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health \& safety, and Irish workplace regulations

• Train, and support store managers and café staff


• Coach managers to improve team performance and customer experience


• Conduct performance reviews and staff development plans


• Build a positive and motivated workplace culture

• Drive sales growth and profitability across all stores


• Monitor KPIs such as labour costs, sales targets, customer satisfaction, and waste levels


• Support marketing campaigns and local business development initiatives

• Maintain high\-quality coffee and food standards


• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently


• Ensure consistent brand presentation and service standards across all locations

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports


• Manage budgets and operational costs


• Coordinate scheduling and staffing requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1\-3 years’ management experience in hospitality, retail, or coffee shop operations


• Experience managing multiple sites is highly desirable


• Strong leadership and people management skills


• Excellent organisational and communication abilities


• Knowledge of food safety and health \& safety regulations


• Full clean driving licence required

Preferred Skills

• Specialty coffee or café experience


• Experience with rostering and inventory systems


• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment


• Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills

Pay: From €15\.00 per hour
