Coffee Operations Team Lead / Supervisor (Mobile role)

We’re looking for a hands\-on Team Lead / Supervisor to oversee daily operations across two busy takeaway coffee locations.

This is a mobile role between two nearby sites (approx. 15 minutes apart), supporting both teams to deliver fast, consistent service and high\-quality coffee throughout the day.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading daily operations across both takeaway coffee locations


• Supporting, training, and motivating the team on shift


• Ensuring fast, smooth, and consistent service


• Maintaining high standards in coffee quality and presentation


• Managing stock, ordering, and basic inventory control


• Keeping both sites clean, safe, and well\-organised

• Experience in café, hospitality, or fast\-paced food service


• Full clean driving licence (essential)


• HSE Food Safety / Hygiene Certificate (essential)


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Reliable, calm, and hands\-on approach


• Passion for coffee and customer service

• Active, on\-the\-floor leadership position


• Work across two nearby takeaway coffee locations


• Flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
