Must have:
- Strong hands\-on experience of CICS\-COBOL programming.
- Strong knowledge of VSAM, CICS screen, maps.
- Production batch on\-call support experience.
- Other mainframe tools like Xpeditor, FileAID, AbendAID.
- Self\-starter who can be ready to take ownership of tasks and deliver it.
- Mortgage experience in retail banking like home loan origination, loan servicing, etc.
- MQ experience.
- Job Scheduler.
- Good communication skills.
