Co-Assistant Manager

We're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, assistant manager for a Cafe Bar in Ramsbottom.

The candidate must have previous experience working in a supervisory or management within the hospitality industry.

The Old Bank is a small local business, with a friendly team, serving light meals, coffee and cakes plus a full bar serving cocktails, draught and other refreshments. The candidate will be Supervisory/management experience in the hospitality industry is essential, in this role you will support and work alongside a general manager. We are looking for a passionate individual who can take responsibility over exciting initiatives such as promotions, events, drinks menu development and more.

Responsibilities may include:

• Work alongside the MD and GM to ensure the smooth running of every day operation


• Assist with staff rotas and stock inventory


• Help to build engaging promotional material


• Ensure that your team follows the company policies and procedures and that the restaurant complies with licensing, hygiene, and health \& safety guidelines


• Engage with customers to ensure a great experience


• Supervise and run shifts


• Train staff and ensure an exceptional level of customer service has been met


• Day Shift, Night Shift, Weekend work

Pay: £13\.50\-£14\.00 per hour
