Your Mission:
The Market Insights Specialist plays a key role in supporting the local Commerce team across Marketing, Sales and Trade Marketing. The role helps turn an increasing number of internal and external data sources into a clear, integrated view of the market, enabling better decision\-making, top\-line growth and margin protection.
The Market Insights Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Commerce team by consolidating multiple internal and external data sources into a clear, integrated view of the market. The role translates complex market, shopper and commercial data into actionable insights that support better business decisions, drive top\-line growth and protect margin. Reporting to the Consumer \& Market Insights Manager, this role works with Marketing, but also closely to Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance and D\&T.

Location: Vialonga, Hybrid
Your Responsibilities:
Consolidate and analyze market, customer, competitor and internal business data to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for cross\-functional stakeholders.
Build, maintain and enhance dashboards and recurring reports to monitor market and business performance.
Partner with internal teams to understand business questions and provide relevant analytical support.
Manage relationships with external data and analytics partners, ensuring quality, consistency and relevance of inputs.
Explore new tools, automation opportunities and AI\-enabled approaches to improve insight generation and reporting efficiency.
We want you to bring:
5–10 years of relevant experience in market insights, analytics, category management or related roles.
Degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related field.
Experience working cross\-functionally in FMCG, retail, analytics or agency environments.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous business questions.
Advanced Excel skills required; Power BI preferred.
Experience in data mining, data cleaning, visualization and statistical analysis.
Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear business implications and recommendations.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor insights to different stakeholder audiences.
Portuguese (fluent or native)
Ability to relate and influence.
Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail
Availability to travel national and international.
Hold the legal documents required for the provision of subordinate labour in Portugal at the time of application (exclusion factor).
